Their solutions are rated at highly competitive levels and enable organizations to take instant decisions at competitive rates with timely and tight delivery schedules.
Challenge
The client’s prime challenge was setting up a process where employees of all departments can come on a single platform and collaborate in their Business Processes. Also, their key challenge was in the field of HR. As a result, AscenWork Technologies has helped them to build an entire Intranet Portal on SharePoint.
Solution
By deploying SharePoint, we created a cross-company collaboration platform that unites its different divisions, promotes more cohesive and efficient work, and enables a strategy focused on creating synergies between its operations.
With AscenWork Technologies Functional and Technical Expertise on MS SharePoint, we build an entire Intranet Application for its Sales Officer to Chairman. We used Microsoft SharePoint to fuse enterprise business intelligence with web content management features and centralize access to enterprise information and applications. Intranet Portal stores, tracks, and manages electronic documents and assets and integrates with Office tools, Office apps on mobile devices, and Office web apps. In short, we provided an online repository to collect company information while also enabling cross-company collaboration.
Results
The Intranet Application has enabled the entire organization to be on a single platform. This has helped to minimize manual intervention and automate processes. In addition, the developed application gives the top management clarity on the business management part. The client has also considerably reduced its carbon footprint and thus promoted Green Office Concept within the organization.
